How much is shipping and how fast is it?
Free US shipping on orders over $70, $7 flat under that. Genesis caps and tees ship from Utah within 24 hours. Made-to-order pieces take about 5–9 business days to produce; pre-order golf hard goods show their honest lead time right on the product page. We ship to the US and Canada.
What's your return policy?
30 days on unworn stock gear for exchange or refund, free size exchanges on tees, and a no-questions replacement guarantee on any defect or shipping damage. Made-to-order pieces are covered by the replacement guarantee.
What does 'pre-order' mean on golf gear?
Batch-made hard goods — balls, covers, tools — produced in runs rather than warehoused. The lead time on the product page is real (typically 2–3 weeks), and you get tracking the moment yours ships. Low time preference, applied to golf.
Why do you show prices in sats?
Prices are set in dollars — the sats figure is perspective, a reminder of what the merch costs in sound money. We think in sats even when we have to transact in fiat.
Will the caps fit me?
One size fits most — structured 5-panel with an adjustable closure covering roughly 21.5 to 24 inch head sizes. Tees and polos run true to size with a full chart on the size guide.
