Defective stitching, printing errors, or damage in transit — we replace it, full stop. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and a new one ships. No forms, no restocking games.
Genesis caps and tees: 30 daysfrom delivery, unworn and unwashed, for an exchange or refund to your original payment method. Wrong size on a tee? Exchanges are free — we'll cover the reshipment.
Printed-to-order and batch-made pieces are produced for you specifically, so they're covered by the replacement guarantee (defects, damage, wrong item) rather than change-of-mind returns. Check the size guidebefore you order and you won't need this paragraph.
Lightning refunds are handled directly — DM us and we'll send sats back to an invoice you control. We refund the USD value of your order at the time of refund.
